How to get Body Alters fast in Gym League

To get new Body Alters in Gym League, you must build your current body alter to 100% by working out in a gym. You can check the progress of your current Body Alter by clicking on the ‘Stat’ option on the left-hand side of the screen. This will bring up a ‘Body Stats’ screen and you want to look at the percentage next to the top item in the list. If you’ve just started out, this will be ‘Normal.’ To gain strength fast, you’ll have to use Power-Ups from the Gym Store and boosts from the Shop. Each rewards you with different boosts.

YOu can speed up the completion of your body alters by hiring trainers. Each gives you certain bonuses, so, for example, Shmulk Slogan (not to confuse with Hulk Hogan) gives you 1.2x muscle growth. For even better results, combine Muscle Boost buff with Mega Potion (Pump +100%, Stamina Regen +100%, Cash Boost +100%, and Training Speed +100%) in the Shop for 99 Robux.
