Subclasses in Roblox Blox Fruits, explained

What subclasses do for Blox Fruits is allow players to choose a crafting profession. These crafting subclasses can be leveled up by completing tasks related to them, such as gathering wood from trees if you’re a Shipwright. Leveling up will open up new abilities as you progress.

Only one subclass arrived with Update 23, Part 1; more are expected, and when they arrive we will be sure to update this guide.

Shipwright

Requirement: Complete 50 Sea Events. Trainer: Shipright Teacher NPC, located at Tiki Outpost.  How to obtain: The Teacher will give you a quest to kill 20 Sharks. Once complete, you will receive a Legendary Scroll. You can use this to buy the Subclass for 3,000 Fragments. 

Once you are a Shipwright, you can gain experience and level up your skill by cutting down trees and using the logs to repair boats. As you level up you can obtain more skills.
