Units don’t come with traits when you first summon them, so acquiring traits and enhancing your units requires using the Trait Reroll NPC in the lobby. Here, players can spend one Shard to reroll and try for better traits. Below is a list of all available traits, their rarities, and effects.

Best Traits

The best traits in Anime Reborn are generally those with more powerful effects that can significantly turn the tide of battle.

Miracle - The most versatile trait, providing extra damage, range, and a random buff, though limited to one unit per field. Paladin - Although it’s difficult to pull as a trait, its massive damage buff, range boost, and ability to grant random temporary buffs, make Paladin one of the best traits in Anime Reborn. Demon - Offers a powerful combination of damage buffs and attack speed reduction with its unique stack mechanic. Ethereal - Great for units with DoT attacks, offering solid damage and range enhancements.

Worst Traits

While all traits have their uses, some are significantly less effective and should be rerolled for better options:

Warrior I - Provides only a small 5% damage boost, making it one of the least impactful traits. Agile I - A minor 5% reduction in SPA, which doesn’t offer substantial benefits in most scenarios. Sniper I - The small range extension from Sniper I is generally not worth keeping, especially with better traits available.

If you end up with one of these lower-tier traits, it’s recommended to head to the Trait Reroll NPC in the Lobby and spend a Shard to reroll. Since units do not come with traits by default, investing in rerolls is essential if you wish to make the most of their potential and dominate in battle.
