Anime Defenders Legendary Tier List Update 6

The latest Anime Defenders Update 6 has introduced new Legendary unit you’ll use a lot, if not in combat, than for crafting double evolution units.

All Legendary units in Anime Defenders Ranked (Update 6)

In Anime Defenders, you’ll change your team comp frequently, depending on your playing mode. Some Legendary units will fall out of your rotation when you get a Mythical or Secret unit. While that is most often true, you’ll still lean heavily on Legendary units, as those Mythics are hard to get. Some of the best Legendary units will remain irreplaceable even when you unlock them. Below is the Legendary units tier list with the addition of characters from Anime Defenders Update 6.

Best Ranked Legendary units in Anime Defenders

Choosing the best Legendary units for your team comp in Anime Defenders is easy if you have many Mythic DPS characters. In that case, you seek support units to maximize your damage output. But if you’re just starting and most of your units are of Rare Epic rarity, every Legendary will be super useful. In any case, redeem Anime Defenders codes to get as many Gems as possible to pull for a chance to summon units from S and A tiers.

S Tier

Chief of Ice

Even the strongest unit in Anime Defenders needs help, especially against those speedy enemies. Chief of Ice (formerly known as Admiral of Ice) is a master of debuffs, as his main ability is to slow down enemies. This will give your strongest units more opportunity to deal with damage. Admiral of Ice is so useful that I’ve ranked him as an S-tier in our Anime Defenders all units tier list.

Pink Rockstar

Pink Rockstar is one of the most popular meta units in Anime Defenders, as she’s a farm and support at the same time. She’ll get you extra money after each successful wave. And if that’s not enough, she also buffs nearby friendly units, increasing their damage by 20%.

A Tier

Chief of Lava

Chief of Lava has been an essential part of my team ever since I discovered his burn damage. As one of the rare units with a damage-over-time attack, Chief of Lava will probably be your favorite DPS unit. Also, this Chief is a hill unit, allowing him to have a large area of effect.

Electric Cyborg

Electric Cyborg is a very useful Legendary unit thanks to his faithful turret. He’s great against shielded enemies, but that’s not what you’ll need often. His lack of versatility can be problematic, but if you use him in Tower of Infinity, he’ll help you go far.

B Tier

Chief of Light

I considered placing Chier of Light in the A-tier, but Light’s slow progress ultimately brought him to the mid-tier. ex-Admiral of Light has a huge range and excellent damage output. But you’ll realize that potential is hard to get as it’s hidden behind multiple expensive upgrades. Sometimes, you don’t have the luxury of waiting for him to reach higher-tiered updates.

Sword Grandmaster

I got Sword Grandmaster (ex-Strongest Swordsman) fairly early, making him one of the most used units in my teams. While he doesn’t have a huge AoE attack, I found him very useful as a unit that hits the strongest enemies. Until you find someone way stronger, use Strongest Swordsman to cut down those spongy enemies.

C Tier

Master Swordsman

Master Swordsman is a nice unit if he’s your only Legendary. But as soon as you find something better, you’ll kick him out of the team. Because he focuses on dealing pure damage, you’ll remove him as soon as you get a Mythic unit.

Maxed Qi Master

Maxed Qi Master is a fine Legendary unit you’ll never use as soon as you get at least Strongest Swordsman or some of the Admiral-type units. He’ll serve you well for a short amount of time, and then you’ll move on, never to come back. For more Anime Defenders information, check out the Anime Defenders Trading Value List—RAP Index.
