Best Skill Combos in Archero 2

Below are the best skill combos for each skill type (sprite, projectile, circle, etc.) in Archero 2. The exception is the first section where we outlined the best utility skills that work well with whatever you pick (check out our Archero 2 skill tier list for the full ranking of all skills). Here are a few things to note before diving into the lists:

Make sure to focus on skill types that match the bonuses from your runes. Circle skills are best used with Claws/Knuckles as they benefit from the short-range-buffing passives. Sprite and Strike skills can work no matter what weapon you’re using. Meteor skills only really work in PvP. Projectile skills are almost always the best choice.

Best Utility Skills

Here are the best utility skills in Archero 2. Generally, Stand Strong, Power Trio, Sacred Protection, Revive, Lucky Cracker, and Bane of Bosses are always your top priorities. Other utility skills all have their universal value, but it isn’t as high.

Best Strike Skill Combos

The Strike skill combo doesn’t require many skills, and it’s easy to reproduce reliably throughout your Archero 2 runs. The main skill is Assault Strike, and getting as much ATK SPD as possible is virtually enough. Double Strike Swords is also important. Everything else is just icing on the cake.

Best Projectile Skill Combos

The Projectile skill combo is the most important set of skills to focus on in Archero 2. There are a bunch of skills of this type that will affect your DPS, and most of them are rare. The best ones you should always get are Front Arrow, Tracking Eye, and Rapid Fire.

Best Sprite Skill Combos

Sprite skills are relatively easy to combine into a good build. The most important ones are Ice Spike Sprite, Flame Sprite, and Sprite Frenzy. Bomb Sprite, Laser Sprite, and Sprite King are also very good, though getting them all isn’t as easy.

Best Circle Skill Combos

The Circling Orb combo requires a bunch of skills, and it is best suited for Claw/Knuckle builds, which underperform in PvE. Still, if you can somehow get a bunch of these in a single run, clearing most content shouldn’t be a problem.

Best Meteor Skill Combos

The Meteor skill combo is generally only suited for PvP, making them a bad option in PvE. Still, it doesn’t require that many skills to work, so you can try to go with Meteor Pursuit and Rapid Fire Meteors. Going with Meteor Potions is bad as they take too many picked-up skills to become even remotely useful.
