Best Minecraft Island Seeds For Java Bedrock March 2025

Whatever your reason, I’ve put together a list of the best Minecraft Island Seeds that you can use in your next Minecraft experience!

Best Minecraft Island Seeds List (Java and Bedrock)

These are the best Island Seeds I can find for the newest version of Minecraft. It’s important to mention that structures are generated differently in Java and Bedrock. Because of this, some of the key structures for each seed will be different.

Long Island

Seed: -1782331308116060409 From east to west, this island takes up more than 2,500 blocks. Its length gives the island room for various biomes, including Groves, Taigas, Lush Caves, and a Dark Forest with a Woodland Mansion. Rivers run through the island and separate it into a few different parts. If you want to play with friends, you can easily divide these up so everyone has their own plot of land.

Stone Cave Island

Seed: -5449837262520492459 It’s not often that you’ll find an island with a large chunk of its surface removed in Minecraft. This one starts you in a stone pit on the island’s eastern half. It’s a pretty great start for any Minecraft survival player since the surrounding Forest biome provides wood for tools while the pit is home to ores. If you’re looking for structures, Java players will have a Plains Village on a nearby island, Bedrock players will find a ruined Nether portal, and both will have access to a Trial Chamber.

Five Biome Island

Seed: 3740706418821737299 If you’re not sure what kind of island to settle on, choose this island with five different forested biomes. It gives you immediate access to four types of wood, cocoa beans, and all the passive mobs you need to survive. You’ll also have access to a Trial Chamber beneath the area near Spawn and a second on the eastern half of the island.

Frozen Mushroom Continent

Seed: -7215554780611072506 This Mushroom Island is so large that you won’t be able to see the end of it even with your render distance fully maxed out. While its northern half is large and fully interconnected, its southern tip trails off and forms a line of Mushroom Islands. You’ll be able to reach this island as soon as you enter this world. It will likely be one of the largest Mushroom Islands you will ever come across in Minecraft.

Ice Spikes Island

Seed: -1559641303573485556 An Ice Spikes biome is the first one you’ll see on this island. Bedrock players will find a ruined Nether portal and a Snowy Village on the island’s surface. In contrast, Java players will only have an Igloo with a basement. All players will find a Trial Chamber beneath the southern half of the island while only Bedrock player will be able to explore an Ancient City.

Shallow Cliff Island

Seed: 2221239190834629594 The coasts of this island have varying Y-levels, causing them to either rise dozens of blocks above the sea level or dip down into the ocean. It’s a unique island generation that is perfect for an adventure-style game! Use the lower coasts to form ports, shipwrecked beaches, and similarly themed areas. In contrast, the sheer cliffs are perfect for lighthouses and forts for defending the island. Interestingly enough, Bedrock players will need to swim over to this island from the mainland rather than spawning directly on it.

Round Village Island

Seed: 1225407360159874917 While you will have to travel a bit to reach this island, its Plains Village and perfect size make it a contender on our list of the best Minecraft island worlds. In addition to the island village, Java players will have a second village on the part of the mainland almost directly behind the small island. Explore the ocean for shipwrecks and Cold Ocean Ruins if the treasure from these two structures isn’t enough. Additionally, there is a Pillager Outpost along the coast north of the island if you want to take on a challenge.

Old Growth Island with Trail Ruins

Seed: -7518131457297166827 An Old Growth Birch Forest covers the southern half of this island. Those who travel deeper into the island near the snowy Grove will find a set of Trail Ruins hidden beneath the island’s birch trees. This goes for both Bedrock and Java players, so everyone can enjoy this island excavation equally.

Badlands Island in Coral Reef

Seed: 7619867153800490403 The orange and reds of this Badlands island contrast nicely with the ocean surrounding it. If you go underground beneath the island, you’ll come across a Trial Chamber. Players who don’t want to go to such lengths can stick to exploring the ocean for shipwrecks and ruins.

Ice Spike Village

Seed: 1673452217759731023 Frigid spikes of ice surround this island, keeping players trapped in a frozen wasteland. Luckily, you’re not alone! Bedrock and Java players will have a Snowy Village on the island with them. Java players will also have a large cave to explore while Bedrock players have an additional Snowy Village a short walk away.

Mini Continent

Seed: -1804137012301392939 While this island is incredibly large compared to other islands on our list, it’s small compared to the nearby continents. The island is filled with structures regardless of which version you play. Java lovers will have multiple villages, Desert Temples, Trail Ruins, and a Pillager Outpost. Bedrock players will find similar structures plus a Jungle Temple.

Heart Island

Seed: 4562068940024137064 This Birch Forest island is noticeably heart-shaped, making it a perfect start for a creative world. Remove part of the bottom of the island near the shipwreck to make its shape more pronounced. Java players will find a few small structures near Spawn while Bedrock players can access three buried treasure chests in the same area.

Coral Sands

Seed: 4910894592491893075 These sandy islands are fantastic for both Java and Bedrock players. They’re surrounded by a giant Coral Reef with small Warm Ocean Ruins and shipwrecks hidden beneath the coral. Java players have the added bonus of a Desert Village on the larger island. If you tire of these islands, travel north to arrive at a Desert or east to find a Mushroom Island.

Ombre Island

Seed: 45231019457969252 This island has a unique configuration of Savanna, Plains, and Beach biomes that turns its surface into a gradient. It’s a beautiful feature that both Bedrock and Java players can enjoy freely. Likewise, all players will find a Mushroom Island to the southwest. The major difference between the two versions is that Bedrock players will have a Savanna Village on the island while Java players will not.

Pillager Ranch

Seed: 8359615647292928787 I’ve never seen so many mobs gather around a Pillager Outpost! This may occur due to the limited space for mobs to spawn, but everything from Pillagers to horses and sea turtles are found on this tiny island. Take over the Outpost and convert the island into your personal ranch to raise all sorts of animals. The prevalence of mobs at the start guarantees you’ll be able to gather them with little effort.

Multi-Biome Cluster

Seed: -5140017210236258587 This cluster of islands is large and full of diversity. The islands start as Plains and Stony shores, then transition into Forest, Taiga, and Snowy Plains biomes. There’s even a tiny, one-tree Cherry Grove biome on the island next to spawn. Java players will find a Taiga Village, a ruined portal, and two Trail Ruins. Bedrock players have better structure luck with a Pillager Outpost, three villages, and two Trail Ruins.

Adrift in the Frozen Ocean

Seed: -3845070505970885974 If ice is your thing, these snowy islands won’t disappoint. Spawn is set on the largest island of the three. It is mainly a Snowy Plains biome with enough trees scattered around to get you started off right in survival mode. Java players will have a shipwreck and a Snowy Village to explore while Bedrock players will have to take to the seas to find treasure.
