Snapdragon Cookie has one major caveat: their Skill cooldown is a whopping 17 seconds, which makes it difficult to time their Skill properly. To mitigate this, equip them with x5 Swift Chocolate and aim for a full cooldown reduction build.

Snapdragon Cookie is best paired with cooldown-reducing Treasures, including the Squishy Jelly Watch and Sleepyhead Jelly Watch. Go for the latter if you have it, as it offers more stat bonuses that can be useful for your whole team.
