Due to the changes brought on by the 2.0 update, there is currently no official way to access the console in Cyberpunk 2077, making using console commands impossible via official means. There is an unofficial solution, but it requires game mods. Installing Cyber Engine Tweaks mod for Cyberpunk 2077 2.0 is a straightforward process; just follow the steps below.

Download the Cyber Engine Tweaks mod from nexusmods.com. Unzip the .rar archive directly into your Cyberpunk 2077 root game directory. Ensure the proprietary files and folders are located under the x64 folder of your install directory. Certain applications with overlaying features may cause conflict with the Cyber Engine Tweaks mod. If you have any, ensure they are either turned off or disabled.  When launching the game for the first time, bind the console open key to anywhere you feel comfortable. I chose a tilde (~) key for convenience.
