The Belisarius-D is a Strand Pulse Rifle that was introduced in Destiny 2’s Season of the Wish. This Legendary rifle has firerate of 450 RPM, which makes it a decent choice for PvP gameplay. The specifications of the Belisarius-D are as follows:
