You will find the Firebrand Barge Blueprint in Skull and Bones in Skull and Bones with a Corrupt Compagnie Officer at the Kaa Mangrove outpost. The best way to get there from the Sainte-Anne outpost is through the canal next to the Tsifo Lumberyard. This trip might take you longer, but it is definitely worth it as the Kaa Mangrove outpost has a lot of great items you can purchase from two corrupt officers. Once you dock, you will find the Corrupt Compagnie Officer right there at the beach. Approach the officer and check what he is selling. You want to buy the ‘Barge’ blueprint from him. When you have it, you can go back to Sainte-Anne. If you have the money, travel via fast point or it’s going to take you a while to get back. You’ll be able to craft this ship at the Shipwright’s shop.
