The gliders aren’t the most visible of your cosmetic options since you usually won’t be using them during the entire battle. However, there really isn’t a better way to start off a match than by entering the map in style. You can also redeploy the gliders by using launch pads or by bringing them in as an item, which was my favorite addition in Season 7. These have come a long way since the early days, and there are a ton of different types to choose from. You can go for the more creature-based gliders like Shenron and Frostwing, for some classic wings (Batman’s being my favorite), flying vehicles, or for stuff that shouldn’t be flying at all (looking at you, tent).
