All Weapon Skills Tier List for High Seas Hero

Note that you need to collect fragments during battles to unlock and upgrade new weapon skills. One fragment unlocks the weapon skill, and the rest of the fragments can be used to enhance them. Once you’ve maxed out the amount of fragments, you can combine them to create super fragments for even better upgrades.

SS-Tier – Endgame Weapon Skills

These skills are the only ones that will help you get through the final stages and bosses of the game, as they’re the only ones that have sufficient damage levels.

S-Tier – Late Game Skills

The following skills are just as effective as the top-tier ones, but their overall damage output is lower in comparison and thus will not be sufficient enough to battle against the final bosses.

A-Tier – Best Midgame Skills

Once you reach level 50, you’ll gain access to some very powerful weapons that can be further enhanced using these skills.

B-Tier – Good Midgame Skills

If you weren’t able to unlock the top-tier midgame skills, then these ones can serve as an excellent alternative to break through the mid-tier bosses.

C-Tier – Best Early Game Skills

Once you cross the level 30 threshold, you’ll be able to unlock these top early game skills. The protective shields may not deal much damage, but they’re definitely recommended to withstand all the incoming damage.

D-Tier – Basic Weapon Skills

In the beginning, some of these skills can be very useful, but ultimately they need to be exchanged for something much better, so don’t invest too many fragments into enhancing them.
