How to upgrade (tune) Echo to complete Tune the Echo in the Echoes interface in Wuthering Waves

At first, I thought I had to find some specific Echo or have certain Echos equipped simultaneously, but after making a few rounds of mistakes, I realized that those were not the case. To get past the objective, all I had to do was upgrade an echo and then use the newly available option to tune it. Now, when you go back to the game, the objective might still appear on your screen, but wait a few seconds, and you will get a call from Jingzhu. When you are done with the call, the objective of Tune the Echo in the Echoes interface will be gone from your screen in Wuthering Waves.
