How to decorate your ship’s interior in Starfield

Customizing your ship’s interior requires you to be on board your ship. Once inside, open your Scanner and look for the ‘Decorate’ option at the bottom of the HUD. Clicking on that will bring up a special Build Menu for your ship’s interior, and includes categories of all the possible items that you can build anywhere inside your ship. Just make sure what you build doesn’t overlap with anything in your ship that can’t be moved. There’s also no numerical cap for how many items you can place. Remember, just like with anything you build at an Outpost, you must have the required resources in your inventory to craft these items. Replenish what you need from city vendors and build large material items via an Industrial Workbench.
