Pacific Drive Side Rack - How to unlock and install

The Side Rack is a requirement for a lot of different upgrades to your car, like an extra fuel tank, side storage, and flood lights. In order to gear up your Station Wagon with those goodies, you’ll first need to unlock and install a few Side Racks. You can unlock all four Side Racks via the Fabrication Station, under the Expansion Racks category. Each Side Rack will have specific requirements to meet before you can fabricate them. Here’s what you need for each one: Unlike other blueprints, the Side Racks is not one that you can pick and read to learn the crafting recipe. Instead, you can only pick this up and install it directly on your car. Once the blueprint pops out, pick it up and carry it over to your vehicle. Then, approach the back windows on either side of the car, and you’ll see the option for you to install it. The Side Racks will be empty until you unlock the other blueprints for an upgrade that can be attached to them. Whichever upgrade you’d like to install can be placed directly on top of the Rack, just like how you installed the Rack initially. The Side Racks are essential to transforming this little Station Wagon into a survival machine. You’ll need all the storage, fuel, and other upgrades you can get to make it through the zones alive.
