How to unlock the Do You Believe in Light achievement in Wuthering Waves?

The in-game description of Do You Believe in Light achievement is a bit vague as it states, “What on earth is that twinkling thing…”. The only way to unlock the Do You Believe in Light achievement is by finding and defeating a Phantom Echo in Wuthering Waves. In case you weren’t aware, Phantom Echoes are shiny, alternate-colored versions of regular Echoes that have a distinct shimmering and glowing appearance if compared to their standard counterparts. Think of them as… shiny Pokémon. Unfortunately, there are no fixed spawn locations for these special creatures, which means you will randomly encounter them during your playthrough. However, there are specific locations where certain Echoes have an increased chance of spawning as Phantom versions, such as Rock Guardian Echoes in Deserock Highland and Hoartoise Echoes in Central Plains. During my playthrough, I found the Phantom: Rocksteady Guardian in the Withering Frontline area of Desorock Highland and immediately defeated it to unlock the Do You Believe in Light achievement.
