Once you’ve spawned into Find the Simpsons, make your way toward the Springfield Cemetery, which is located to the left of the Flanders house. Behind the cemetery’s fence (and floating off the edge of the map) is a glowing orb that, when jumped into, will teleport you to a short obby. When most players “complete” this obby, they likely collect Fly Bart and leave, assuming they’ve done all there is to do inside the area. In reality, there’s a secret area at the end of the obby that can only be reached by “swimming” through the small hole pictured below. Waiting at the end of this secret area is Elastic Bart.
