To find Festive Wrapping Paper in Disney Dreamlight Valley, you’ll want to lower your eyes. Festive Wrapping Paper spawns around Scrooge McDuck’s Shop randomly around the perimeter of the building. You should find at least a couple of rolls of red paper to put in your inventory after a bit of searching. Make sure to return every few hours to find more spawns of Wrapping Paper. I’m not sure how much time it takes to respawn paper, but anywhere from one to three hours seems to be accurate in my experience.
