The Warmth and Comfort questline doesn’t just require an Obsidian Gemstone. You’ll also need to collect five Warmed Coal for your hatchling’s next. Thankfully, if you’ve already gone to the Obsidian Citadel for the gemstone, you’re very close to the Warmed Coal already. Head to the Burning Ascent from the citadel and search for glowing piles of coal on the ground. You’ll need to need with troublesome Oalashi brutes surrounding the area. However, they should be easily dispatchable for you by this point in the expansion.

The final item needed for the hatchling nest and the Warmth and Comfort quest is the Crystalline Shell. Thankfully, this item is also easily obtained at no monetary expense on your part.
