Once you get to this rank, you’ll need to finish a couple of tasks with Yanita Nara at the Le Mont Muet on Saint-Anne (seen in the photos above) as she shows you the ropes of trading. After doing a few quests for her, you’ll unlock the Helm’s Black Market, where you can purchase the Sambuk Blueprint for 5,000 pieces of eight (not silver). The photo above shows where you can find the Le Mont Muet on Saint-Anne. Yanita Nara won’t initially have a mark on the map. Upon getting to the Marauder rank, you’ll get a quest chain called A Covert Initiation, which involves checking your mailbox to get the initial quest.
