You unlock the Nine Tailed Beast Mode by using the Nine Tails Mode item that is dropped by the Nine Tails Raid Boss in Ninja Time. If you have the item, follow these steps: Do note that the item is used only to unlock the 1-Tail form of the Nine Tails Mode. In order to unlock the 2-Tails and 3-Tails forms, you’ll need 40 Chakra Mastery and 50 Chakra Mastery respectively . You can do this by training the Chakra stat by Meditating (Press and Hold L).
