How to power the grav drive in Starfield

To power up the gravity drive in Starfield, you must redistribute the ship’s power to the gravity drive system. Once you sit in the cockpit, you will see the power gauge on the bottom left of the screen. Look for the GRV abbreviation and assign at least one power level to the gauge to activate the drive. To assign power to the gravity drive on the PC and Xbox, follow the steps below:

Use the D-pad’s left and right inputs to select GRV. PC users can do this by holding the ALT key and pressing the A and D keys. Use the D-pad’s up and down inputs to raise or lower the power level at will. If you’re on PC, use the W and S keys to bring the power up and down.

Power distribution is critical to flying your ship in Starfield, especially for surviving space fights.
