To get your Remuneration, you’ll need an A-Rank on a Piano Sheet and talk to Dorian of the Piano Outreach Association. Dorian always stands beside the piano with an obtainable Piano Sheet. To get the Piano Virtuoso Trophy, you need to get six A-ranked performances on any Piano Sheet Music. This means you’ll need to hit almost all notes with Great Timing to score as many points as possible on six different music pieces.

Piano Performance minigame tips and tricks in FF7 Rebirth

The Piano Performance minigame is a lot more difficult compared to the Junon Parade rhythm game.
