Chatter of Joyous Dreams to unlock the TCG venue in Port Ormos. In addition, you also need to complete all Evermotion Mechanical Painting puzzles in Mondstadt, Liyue, and Inazuma, in the exact order below:

Evermotion Mechanical Painting: Mondstadt I Evermotion Mechanical Painting: Mondstadt II Evermotion Mechanical Painting: Liyue I Evermotion Mechanical Painting: Liyue II Evermotion Mechanical Painting: Inazuma I Evermotion Mechanical Painting: Inazuma II

Once you’ve done all of the above, head to the King of Invokations competition venue in Port Ormos to begin solving puzzles in the region.

Genshin Impact Evermotion Mechanical Painting: Sumeru I puzzle solution

Interact with the Evermotion Mechanical Painting: Sumeru I display in Port Ormos to begin the puzzle. Upon starting, select Surface I and click on the Swap Surfaces button on the right of the screen. Then, click on the diagonal swap icon to change the positions of the upper left and lower right plates. Next, move on to Surface II and click on the Swap Surfaces button on the right of the screen. Then, click on the horizontal swap icon to change the positions of the two plates at the bottom. Skip Surface III as it’s already positioned correctly. Instead, jump directly to Gear Column 1 and select a Large Gear. Reference the image above for how the puzzle should look at this point. Next, click on Gear Column 2 and select a Medium Gear. Reference the image above for how the puzzle should look at this point. You can skip Gear Column 3, as it’s already in the correct position. Switch to Gear Column 4 and slot a Medium Gear into place. Reference the image above for how the puzzle should look at this point. Finally, click on Gear Column 5 and place the second Large Gear. Doing so will prompt all of the cogs to move, completing the puzzle.
