To craft Enchant Stones in King Legacy, you have to meet the Blacksmith NPC. He is present right behind the dock area on the Starting Island in First Sea. Just go and speak to him to craft any Enchant Stones of your choice using the given materials associated with each stone.

How to fuse Enchant Stones in King Legacy

Once you have an Enchant Stone, you can permanently fuse it with any sword/weapon of your choice. For this, you also have to visit the same Blacksmith NPC in the first sea. While interacting with him, select the Fuse option and pick your weapon + Enchant Stone of your choice to merge them.
