Mortal Kombat Onslaught Tier List

Best Characters in Mortal Kombat Onslaught, ranked

Here’s the list of the best Mortal Kombat characters introduced in MK: Onslaught, graded by tiers. S-Tier represents the best characters, while D-Tier is the lowest. This list is relatively subjective and prone to change due to frequent updates.

Best Ranked Characters in Mortal Kombat: Onslaught

S-Tier

Fire God Liu Kang - The strongest character in Mortal Kombat fighting games is also the strongest in this RPG. He’s in the Defender class and uses fire as his element. Wind God Fujin - The enhanced version of Fujin uses wind as his element and has the Assasin class. He’s equally valuable for PvP and PvE battles. Shao Kahn - A rare occasion that a character’s basic form is equally strong as his advanced form. This Shao Kahn is a Defender class.

A-Tier

Erron Black - This cowboy mercenary is a Sniper class. His precision and damage output makes him a very reliable character. Frost - Her aggressive nature becomes clear in this game, as she has the role of Attacker. She’s much more useful in PvE than in PvP, though. Quan Chi - The scheming sorcerer is pretty tough, and his spells can make a lot of fuss. He’s a Support class, like most magic users.

B-Tier

Johnny Cage - A legacy character is put surprisingly low in tiers. His class is Assassin, and his specialty is attacking unexpected opponents. Scorpion - Another legacy character, this time in Warrior class. He goes to S-Tier when upgraded, so there’s a reason to pick him.

C-Tier

Kano - One of the first bad guys in Mortal Kombat is pretty low-ranked in this game. Similar to another mercenary, Erron Black, Kano is Sniper class. Liu Kang - Although his enhanced version is the best character in the game, basic Liu Kang is far from it. This basic Liu Kang version is in Assassin class.

D-Tier

Sonya Blade - It’s unfair to see Sonya in the bottom tier, but it is what it is. She is a Support class, and her enhanced form reaches B-Tier. Sniper Black Dragon - Try to guess his class. Yes, it is Sniper. As with all other characters in D-Tier, except for Sonya, he is just an upgraded goon.
