My Hero Ultra Impact Tier List All Characters

All My Hero Ultra Impact Characters, Ranked

This My Hero Ultra Impact tier list contains every Ultra Rare, Super Rare, and Rare character in the game. I determined the ranking of each character based on their starting stats, Plus Ultra Skill, Action Skills, and Auto Skills as well as my experiences while playing the game. Due to the power disparities between the three ranks, the Rare, Super Rare, and Ultra Rare characters are all in separate tables. Generally, Ultra Rare is the most powerful followed by Super Rare then regular Rare characters.

All My Hero Ultra Impact Ultra Rare Characters, Ranked

The 117 Ultra Rare Heroes are sorted in the table below based on stats, skills, and how they measure up to characters with similar abilities. With so many characters, deciding which three to put on a team is difficult. I recommend starting with one you have in the S-Tier and then matching it with two characters that support it regardless of rarity or ranking.

Best Ultra Rare Characters in My Hero Ultra Impact

These four Ultra Rares are some of the best in the entire game. With great power comes more complicated mechanics, so make sure to take your time to know them before setting them on your team.

[Flashing Bolts] Denki Kaminari - This Ultra Rare Kaminari gets both a Plus Ultra Move power increase and an additional 50% in his Plus Ultra Gauge after the fifth round in any battle. His action skill Thunderclap gives him the Composure effect while either increasing his health or his Plus Ultra Gauge depending on his overall health. The strength of this Kaminari is his Plus Ultra skill. It has high attack and paralyzing capabilities against Kaminari’s enemies in exchange for damaging and potentially paralyzing allies. With the right team, this ability can be used as a game-ender. [Sonic Foldabody] Edgeshot - Edgeshot is an MND character using primarily the Agile special effect. Agile allows him to potentially avoid opponents’ regular and Active Skill attacks, greatly increasing his survivability while reducing the impact of the enemy team. Additionally, being Agile gives Edgeshot a speed bonus that increases the strength of his skills while allowing his Plus Ultra and Piercing Kickback to deal their maximum damage to enemies regardless of enemy barriers, enemy defense, and any power debuff applied to Edgeshot. This makes him a consistent damage dealer who can avoid damage to remain in the fight longer. [Steampunk] Katsuki Bakugo - Steampunk Bakugo has a special Nitro ability that makes him stronger than most other characters. As he uses certain skills with different amounts of Nitro, his total Nitro number will go up and down. Depending on the amount of Nitro, he’ll be given speed and skill impact bonuses, able to use the Bullseye effect, block opponents’ buffs, and even buff his allies. It can be difficult to memorize but is extremely useful in battle. [Mushroom Charm] Kinoko Komori - Komori balances boosting allies and debuffing enemies better than any other hero in the game. Her Squiggly Mushrooms Attack Skill and Fungi Magic Plus Ultra move deal big damage to enemies with high odds of giving them status effects while restoring and regenerating the health of their teammates. At the same time, their Poisony Mushrooms Yippee! can blind enemies while preventing them from recovering their health for 3 turns. If the health block applies, you can easily take out an enemy before they have a chance to recover.

All My Hero Ultra Impact Super Rare Characters, Ranked

My Hero Ultra Impact has 94 Super Rare characters, giving you plenty of options when creating custom teams. In the table below, I’ll show you which I’ve found to have high potential and those that were lacking in comparison.

Best Super Rare Characters in My Hero Ultra Impact

These five heroes put the Super in Super Rare.

[To Avenge] Aizawa - This version of Aizawa is an MND hero specializing in sealing away enemy skills (just like in the show!). His first Action Skill gives him a 25% chance to seal an opponent’s skills for a few turns while his Plus Ultra skill has a 40% chance of doing the same. This is great for stopping enemy support heroes from healing or buying extra time before a boss lets out a powerful skill. Additionally, several of his skills can cancel one of an opponent’s temporary buffs while dealing damage. Aizawa could heavily weaken a hero if he cancels a buff that triggers Auto Skills or adds extra impact to an Action or Plus Ultra Skill. [Learn!!] All Might - The teacher version of All Might is a DST hero with high health, high speed, and good damage. His Michigan Smash skill makes him Ecstatic, increasing the rate at which his Plus Ultra move builds. This helps him build up his Oklahoma Smash Plus Ultra Skill quickly, which does a lot of damage to a single enemy while powering up allies for three turns. In addition to giving him his Plus Ultra Skill more often, being Ecstatic increases the skill damage and Plus Ultra gauges of All Might’s teammates and the damage of his Texas Smash. When paired with two U.A. students, he’ll increase their power and his health to turn them into a trio of formidable fighters. [Oath of Flame] Endeavor - This iteration of Endeavor is a DST villain-fighting machine. All of his skills deal extra damage to villains, making him an easy choice for story-mode quests involving them. Two of his skills have a decent chance of burning enemies and he has the same burning, frozen, and frostbite resistance as Todoroki. As a bonus, he automatically has a 30% higher critical rate until he has lost half of his health. Pair him with a Todoroki to increase the critical damage done by his skills to have him dealing deadly blows to villain characters right from the start of a fight. [Bounceback] Flect Turn - Flect Turn is an ABL character that uses barriers to nullify enemy attacks and protect his teammates. His Reflection ability allows him to nullify enemy attacks and counter them in exchange for making all enemy opponents focus on attacking him. His second Auto Skill, A Wish to Exterminate, empowers this by strengthening his next skill after nullifying and countering an enemy’s regular attack. With these abilities activated, all regular enemy attacks will only result in damage done to the attacker as if you’ve taken over their turn to deal extra damage. If you time his skills well, you’ll be able to greatly reduce the damage taken by both Flect Turn and his teammates. Speaking of teammates, I recommend pairing him with two villains since his Leader of Humarise skill will increase their skill damage while he protects them. [Speedy Veteran] Gran Torino - The Speedy Veteran iteration of Gran Torino is an ABL hero all about evading attacks. His Auto Skills give him three Evasion chances at the start of a battle and increase his power while evading plus his speed and skill damage while in high health. One of his Action Skills and his Plus Ultra skill continue to provide him with evasion chances, allowing him to continuously deal extra damage while avoiding taking any. This lets him chip away at enemy teams while making them waste the attacks directed at him. Additionally, his speed lets him be one of the first attackers during every turn. If an enemy is in low health, he’ll have a good chance of taking them out of the fight before they get another hit in.

All My Hero Ultra Impact Rare Characters, Ranked

Rare characters are the easiest to pull in My Hero Ultra Impact. While this means they aren’t as strong as the Super or Ultra rares, several of them will help you form a winning team at the start of the game.

Best Rare Characters in My Hero Ultra Impact

These characters are at the top of the rare hero class.

[Training] Katsuki Bakugo - Bakugo’s training form is one of the most powerful when it comes to rare characters. Several of his skills increase his power and speed, including his Plus Ultra skill which does 300% damage before increasing his power by 20% for the next few turns. His first action skill Armor Piercing Shot also has a 20% chance of lighting enemies on fire, dealing even more damage. [Training] Tenya Iida - Training Iida is second only to his at-school version when it comes to speed. His training version takes it a step further by having three of his four skills increase either his speed or the speed of his team. As a bonus, his Recipro Burst does 150% damage and immediately allows him to use two normal attacks for the next three turns instead of just one. This speed-increasing skill set ensures that your team’s members will have the opportunity to attack before the enemy team has a chance to. Additionally, being able to use two attacks instead of one will double his damage output between skill uses. It’s perfect for quickly taking out low-health enemies before they have a chance to strike, like using a high-powered quick attack in Pokemon games. [Training] Shoto Todoroki - Todoroki has resistance to three status effects, making him useful against heroes like Dabi, Bakugo, and other Todorokis. His Instant Freeze Action Skill increases his damage while reducing the damage he takes, giving him more survivability and strength. He also has the opportunity to burn opponents with his Plus Ultra Skill or freeze opponents with his Ice Block Action Skill. Opponents he burns will take extra damage while on fire, giving you a better opportunity to take them out quickly. In contrast, frozen opponents cannot act for the rest of the turn so long as they are not attacked. Since it affects every opponent on the enemy team, there’s a high chance of making at least one enemy essentially useless for that turn. The usefulness of freezing them is even greater if it’s a high-powered character or someone planning to use their Plus Ultra or Action Skills. [Training] Fumikage Tokoyami - Tokoyami’s Training version is a STR hero with high attack, average speed and health, and resistance to blinding. His second Action Skill Jet Black Friend both increases his speed and allows him to perform double the regular attacks for two turns, turning him into a powerhouse. Additionally, his Plus Ultra skill has a 20% chance of causing players to bleed, which only a handful of characters are resistant to.
