To evolve Renguko in Anime Vanguards, you must combine completing raids and doing challenges to get all the required materials. Of course, the main focus is first to get Rengoku; without him, there’s no evolution. Therefore, your main goal is to collect Red Webs (raid currency) to buy the Fortune Catalyst (Slayer), an item that increases your drop rate for Rengoku, and Slayer’s Cape, an item required for evolution.
