S-Tier

Ultra Instinct Goku - This is the supreme and most powerful Saiyan form, and it is justified in this game. Choosing Ultra Instinct Goku will give you a serious edge over your opponents. Vegito - He is one of two fusion forms between Goku and Vegeta. This form combines Goku’s durability and power with Vegeta’s speed and aggressiveness. Definitely not someone you would like to see on the other side of the battlefield.

A-Tier

Beerus - He’s a spoiled deity who threatens to destroy our galaxy on a whim. His best trait is a huge amount of explosive power and destructive specials. Broly - Once hailed a Legendary Super Saiyan, Broly is one of the most feared fighters in the series. He can tank almost any special, and his power is absolutely bonkers.

B-Tier

Frieza - Although he’s not on par with the most powerful fighters in the game, Frieza is still a force to reckon with. This space despot wields some very tricky power-ups and attacks. Trunks - Trunks is a fan favorite half Saiyan. Despite being one of the most powerful fighters in the anime, in this game he qualifies in the mid-range bracket.

C-Tier

Android 18 - Lazuli, as her real name is, is a powerful android made by Dr. Gero of the Red Ribbon Army. This game lowered her strength, speed, and power, which made her right into the lower tier. Piccolo Jr. - Piccolo Jr. is one of the characters that were once bad guys and then turned the coat. This game did him dirty, as he is way less powerful than he should be. That’s a bummer.

D-Tier

Nappa - Poor Nappa seems to be a character who gets beaten by everybody, both in anime and in this game. Considering how evil he is, it’s not a great loss.
