The best choice is the Kneel before the Rogue Trader option if you want to fall into chaos. After demanding the ghosts to kneel, the Lord of Change will make his intentions known to you. If you’re going to fall into chaos, choose the dialogue option Yes, O Lord of Change. Note you only have one option left to turn back after you select this option.

After accepting your fate, Tzeentch will dictate your fate to become the Weaver of Destinies. Continuing down this path also requires you to find the Second dawn from another aspirant of the Lord of Change. You can find the Second Dawn by traveling to the planet Rykard Minoris. But before you go to Rykard Minoris, you must make one final dialogue choice: Pick up the shard.
