The above tier list gives you an overall view of every character currently available in Slime ISEKAI Memories. The S+ tier characters are the best meta units that you should definitely have on your team. On the contrary, the D-tier characters are the worst characters that you can have on your team. These include mostly five-star characters since anything below that isn’t worth having. In case you haven’t got any of the good S+ or similar characters, you can choose to either invest in your S-tier or A-tier characters, to awaken them to higher stars. Investing in lower-tier B or C-tier companions is a complete waste of resources, so it’s better to avoid them.
