How to get Premium Thick Hide in Soul Mask

To get a Premium Thick Hide in Soul Mask, you have to take down hard-skinned Elite Animals in the game. Below, you can find the list of such animals.

Elite Mammoth Elite Elephant Elite Bear Elite Alligator

While all the above animals provide Premium Thick Hide, I recommend hunting down Alligators as they are simple to defeat and easy to locate along the coastal areas of the map.
Above, I have included a map of the world containing the positions of Elite Animals. Go to the ones near the water bodies to find Elite Alligators in the game. Remember, you have to explore the world and gain knowledge from the Scouts to know new positions of Elite Animals. My favorite is to farm this Elite Alligator (image above) located near the water body of the western rainforest. It is a secluded location, and nobody visits it often. I usually use something like an Iron Spear or Dual Iron Blade to defeat the Elite Alligator. Just evade the attacks by rolling and then getting a few hits in on the creature in between your dodges to take it down. Also, ensure the Elite Alligator is alone and is not surrounded by other smaller Alligators.

How to make Premium Thick Leather in Soul Mask

As mentioned earlier, the main reason for gathering Premium Thick Hide is to process and convert it into Premium Thick Leather. To do this, you will require the help of a Tanning Rack. Collect the following materials to craft the Tanning Rack in Soul Rack.

x20 Branch x5 Thick Rope

Once you have made the Tanning Rack, use the below materials to make one Premium Thick Leather through the newly crafted Rack.

x1 Premium Thick Hide x1 Tanning Fluid x2 Lime
