Unattached Modules Location In Starfield Where To Find

How to solve Ship has unattached Modules error - Starfield

When you’re in the shipbuilding screen, and you’re ready to test fly your ship, you may get several error messages pop up telling you it won’t fly. If one of these is an “Unattached modules” error, it just means that one of your ship modules isn’t correctly connected to the rest of the ship. On complex ships especially, it can be hard to spot the problem. What you need to do is double-click any single section of your ship (or double-tap RB).  Perhaps unconventionally, all of your correctly connected parts will show up in red (see image above) and anything unattached will not. This is likely to make the dysfunctional missing part or parts obvious on the screen (although I’m not sure why they didn’t just make those show in red instead). With the sections identified, all you need to do is reattach the modules so they fit on your ship. You’ll know you’ve done this correctly when they become highlighted in red.
