What does the Golden trait do in Anime Adventures?

The Golden Trait is essentially a money-boosting modifier. Units with the Golden Trait gain a 30% damage boost against enemies and earn 30% additional Yen every time they make money. Characters with Golden Trait also enjoy a 30% increase in average DPS. Therefore, the Golden Trait is best suited for units such as Bulmy, Speedcart, and Oshy that grant bonus Yen after each wave. The Golden Trait also gives your unit a golden skin.

How to get the Golden Trait in Anime Adventures

Like every other Trait in Anime Adventures, the Golden Trait has a small chance of coming pre-equipped on a character when you summon them. The other way to get the Golden Trait on a character is to simply re-roll traits. To do so, you must interact with the NPC Wis who can be found standing right outside the Evolve section in the lobby. Traits are re-rolled using two types of in-game currency: Star Remnants and Re-roll Tokens. When using Star Remnants for a trait re-roll, the amount required will vary depending on the rarity of the unit. Units that a Legendary or below require 1 Star Remnant per re-roll, while Mythic and Secret units require 5 Star Remnant per re-roll. Keep in mind that re-rolling does not guarantee the trait you desire. Therefore, be prepared to spend a hefty amount of Star Remnants before getting the trait you want.
