x5 Ingot - This can be obtained by farming ores and smelting them. x5 Horn - Can be obtained from killing Pals with Horns. x2 Bone - Can be obtained from killing Pals.

How to know if your Pal is bored

If one of your Pals is unmotivated, you will immediately receive a message like Your Pal is Slacking off or Your XYZ is Feeling Down on your notification bar. Apart from that, you can manually check the Sanity level of each Pal from the Sanity meter adjacent to the name tag of each Pal to know their current status.
