In Season of Discovery, the Comprehension Charms are items that are soulbound and single use. This means that you can run out of them when translating Spell Notes, and your Guildies and other friends won’t be able to send you any. Fortunately, there is an easy way to get more; Reagent Vendors. You can buy new Comprehension Charms from any Reagent Vender in any city for seven silver. Thankfully, there a whole bunch of these vendors; they are all inside major cities in the 1-25 level zones you will be in during Phase 1 of SoD.

Stormwind has five or six Reagent vendors; there is one in the Cathedral and one in the Mage Quarter along with a few others. Ironforge has two Reagent Vendors; one is a walking vendor in the Commons, and the other is in the Mystic Quarter. Darnassus has two as well; one is a walk vendor outside of the Temple of the Moon, and the other is located in the Cenarion Enclave. The Undercity has two Reagent Vendors; the first is in Upper Trade Quarter, and the second can be found walking around in the Mage Quarter. Orgrimaar has four vendors; two of them can be found in the Valley of Strength, one in the Valley of Wisdom, and one in the Cleft of Shadow.
