Where To Find The Kuri Kuri Egg In Remnant 2 Forgotten Kingdom

How to get the Kuri Kuri Egg in Remnant 2 Forgotten Kingdom

The Kuri Kuri Egg can be found in a massive broken nest in the Ancient Canopy region in Remnant 2 The Forgotten Kingdom. You can reach this spot from the starting area by taking an alternate route. Instead of climbing the stairs and visiting Walt next to the Checkpoint, you must take a detour to reach the broken nest (as shown by the white arrows in the image above). After reaching the staircase that leads to Walt and the Checkpoint, look right, and take the third path. You will encounter a few enemies in this area. Defeat them quickly and move ahead. Climb up the stairs in this area to reach the entrance of the broken nest. Eventually, you’ll reach the central area of the broken nest. Get up to the platform where you can find several broken Kuri Kuri Egg shells. Check the yellow circle on the map image above to see the precise location of this Kuri Kuri Egg nest. Among these broken shells, you will find an unhatched Kuri Kuri Egg; you can pick it up or leave it at the nest depending on the reward you want. This item has two primary uses, but you won’t figure it out right after looting the item.

Egg Drink

For the first use, pick up the egg and return to Ward 13 to speak to Duane during nighttime. You’ll have to wait for some time and progress with the main quest before Duane eventually makes a specially crafted Egg Drink consumable. This consumable increases Dodge Weight threshold by 10m; it lasts for 60m and it stays in effect after death.

Regurgitated Spiny Sac

Alternatively, you can leave the Kuri Kuri Egg at the nest and move on with the main quest. Return to this area later on to find the Regurgitated Spiny Sac. Take the item back to McCabe at Ward 13 to buy the new weapon called Thorn.

Thorn Long Gun

Damage: 7 RPS: 8.85 Magazine: 30 Weapon Mod: Deadwood - Disables Blowback while increasing the weapon’s fire rate by 15% and reload speed by 25%. Reactivate the mod to trigger the Empowered Blowback that detonates all needles simultaneously at 100% extra damage.

I recommend trying out both questlines as you can always re-roll adventure to experiment with new things. Check out Best Trait for each Archetype in Remnant 2 and Remnant 2 Recovery Trait, Explained, here on Pro Game Guides!
