How to choose the right starter Mask in Soulmask

The Soulmask you choose when creating your character will give a boost to some of your stats and combat abilities, and the choice you make should be governed by the style of combat you prefer in action survival and RPG games. That said, if you’re strongly into RP or just here for the excellent crafting and would prefer you choose by style, you can, especially if playing on a very easy level.

Common Overclock: Mask upgrade speed improved by 50 percent. Critical Barrier: Head Damage is reduced by 10 percent.  Deep Sleep: Morale Recovery Speed increased by 50 percent when sleeping. Healer Mode (Mimicry): A HOT that recovers Health every 5 seconds when activated.  Outer Armor: Damage to the Body is reduced by 5 percent.  Sequence Protection: Defense stat increased by 10.   Stamina Surge: Max Stamina increased by 5 and Max Load by 10.

Common Overclock: When repaired, mask upgrade speed improves by 50 percent. Falling Buffer: Fall damage is reduced by 10 percent.  Forbidden Territory: Awareness XP from killing humanoids is increased by 5 percent. Hidden Assault: Damage you deal with attacks from behind is increased by 10 percent.  Light Disturbance: You get a 10 percent bonus to Concealment.   Noise Absorption: Noise generated while walking is reduced by 10 percent. Slayer Mode (Mimicry): Targeted critical strikes have a 20 percent chance of reducing the target’s Resilience. 

Common Overclock: When repaired, mask upgrade speed improves by 50 percent.  Data Analysis: You know the distance to a target. Deeply Focused: All Stamina costs are reduced by 5 percent in work and combat. Hunting Guide: Your Awareness XP from killing non-humanoid creatures is increased by 5 percent.  Poison Injection: Arrows do 30 percent more damage to creatures.  Projectile Adjustment: Arrow Precision improved by 10 percent.  Sniper mode (Mimicry): When activated, increases your Crit Chance by 5 percent and you have a higher chance to hit weak spots.
